Most smaller parts ship by a tracked parcel service. Handling time and the available shipping method will be shown before payment when direct checkout is activated.

FREIGHT SHIPPING
Engines, beds, frames and other oversized parts may require freight delivery. Commercial delivery to a dock or forklift location is the standard option. Residential delivery and liftgate service may cost extra.
USED-PART CONDITION
Parts are used unless specifically marked otherwise. The exact item is photographed so buyers can review wear, damage, included pieces and overall condition before ordering.
FITMENT
Titles, descriptions and part numbers are provided to help identify fitment. Buyers should compare photos and OEM numbers and verify year, make and model compatibility before ordering.
30-DAY RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or a different item was sent. Returned parts must be in the same condition and include every component originally shipped. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.
INVENTORY ACCURACY
Inventory is synchronized across Stockyard Powersports' connected sales channels. When an item sells, its availability is updated to reduce duplicate sales.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact us as soon as possible and keep all packaging. Include photos of the part, packaging and shipping label. When Stockyard Powersports is responsible, we will provide the appropriate return-shipping or replacement solution.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
