Products are used unless a listing specifically states otherwise. Photos, titles, descriptions, condition notes and included components are part of the offer. Normal cosmetic wear is expected on used parts.

These terms apply to purchases from Stockyard Powersports, operated by MP Cycles LLC in Chelsea, Alabama.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping may be free, fixed-price or calculated by destination as shown for the item. Applicable sales tax, shipping and the complete order total are displayed before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
AVAILABILITY
We work to keep quantities accurate, but a one-of-one used part may occasionally sell through another connected sales channel before inventory finishes updating. If an unavailable item is purchased, we will cancel the order and refund the original payment method.
FITMENT
Buyers are responsible for checking compatibility using the listing photos, OEM part number and machine information. Contact us before ordering if you need help. Fitment guidance does not replace verification against the buyer's exact machine.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Parcel orders ship with tracking to the U.S. address supplied at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays or carrier delays. Oversized parts require a separate written freight quote before payment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our 30-day return, damaged-item and refund rules are published on the Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated into these terms. Contact us before returning an item.
ORDER CORRECTIONS
Contact us promptly if an address or order detail is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered carrier possession. We may cancel an order affected by a pricing, inventory or technical error and issue a full refund.
